Philadelphia ACORN has been organizing for low and moderate income families since 1977. Since then, ACORN has grown to more than
6,000 member families divided into 10 neighborhood chapters throughout the city. ACORN has been at the forefront of issues affecting low and moderate-income Philadelphians for nearly 30 years.
